- AI management: Acquire the necessary knowledge and tools to prepare your organization for AI and learn how to successfully implement AI projects and get the maximum benefit from such projects.
- Prompting: Learn how AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gamma or NotebookLM can support you in your daily work and how you can use them to work more efficiently.

«Im eintägigen, kurzweiligen Einführungskurs Design Thinking vom Staatslabor konnten wir Angestellte des Kantons Bern praxisorientiert die Schritte des Design-Thinking-Prozesses kennenlernen und direkt ausprobieren.
Anhand eines selbstgewählten Fallbeispiels aus unserem Arbeitsalltag haben wir mit verschiedenen Methoden experimentiert, die Wirkung diskutiert und so den kollaborativen Ansatz der Problemanalyse und Lösungserarbeitung mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholderperspektiven verinnerlicht.
Die Staatsbox mit ihren Erklärungen und Vorlagen unterstützt mich seither praktisch bei der Anwendung im Arbeitsalltag.»
Bei der Weiterbildung zur Staatsbox werden in einem sehr freundschaftlichen und kreativen Rahmen neue Methoden, welche über den eigenen Tellerrand hinaus blicken, vermittelt. Es hat grossen Spass gemacht und ich kann die Weiterbildung weiterempfehlen.
